The adoption and application of these methods has transformed industrial manufacturing around the world in the last 30 years – and this continues today. However, improvements to Q (quality), C (costs) and D (delivery times) should not be taken for granted. The insight gained from 20 years of lean practice tells me: Management is the biggest driving factor!
I support companies in their quest for improvement by drawing on my in-depth knowledge of Lean and Kaizen practices from top Japanese companies, as well as my practical experience of implementing Lean methods in German (Western) companies. This enables
- large companies to be more effective in their improvement efforts
- small and medium-sized enterprises to increase their competitiveness and ensure their business to keep prospering.
