The pursuit of improvement is one of mankind's nobler qualities. Japan has made important contributions to progress in this field with its Lean Production, Lean Management and Kaizen

The adoption and application of these methods has transformed industrial manufacturing around the world in the last 30 years – and this continues today. However, improvements to Q (quality), C (costs) and D (delivery times) should not be taken for granted. The insight gained from 20 years of lean practice tells me: Management is the biggest driving factor!

I support companies in their quest for improvement by drawing on my in-depth knowledge of Lean and Kaizen practices from top Japanese companies, as well as my practical experience of implementing Lean methods in German (Western) companies. This enables

  • large companies to be more effective in their improvement efforts
  • small and medium-sized enterprises to increase their competitiveness and ensure their business to keep prospering.
